Naval Education and Training Command Commander Rear Adm. Michael White presents Builder First Class Petty Officer (SCWS/DV) Joshua Sisson, USN, with the 2014 Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center (NDSTC) and Center for Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Diving Instructor of the Year award Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2014 in Panama City, Florida. The ceremony was held in one of NDSTC's swimming pools.
