Leadership Changes Hands For Tyndall Medical Group
TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. – Col. Scott McKim will assume command of the 325th Medical Group from Col. Frederick Weaver here Wednesday, July 13, at 9 a.m.
The 325th Medical Group is comprised of over 300 medical professionals and support staff. They serve the dynamically changing healthcare needs of approximately 36,000 individuals eligible for medical care in the Tyndall community.
Colonel McKim is coming to Tyndall from Yokota Air Base Japan, where he served as the deputy commander 374th Medical Group. He was commissioned in 1993. Colonel Weaver will be going to the Air Force Surgeon General’s Office in Washington D.C.
