Gulf coast state college foundation Annual dinner and Alumni Awards

The Gulf Coast State College Foundation and Alumni Association hosted their Annual Dinner and Distinguished & Rising Star Alumni Awards fundraiser on Thursday, May 17 at Edgewater Beach Resort. Business and community members came to celebrate the talents of Gulf Coast State College’s students, recognize the achievements of their Alumni, and show appreciation to the generous benefactors. Governor Rick Scott, the guest speaker for the evening, praised the College and Foundation for its commitment to helping its military and veteran students with the Foundation’s Thanks a Million Campaign.

All proceeds from the event will help support the Thanks a Million Campaign for military and veteran students who face unforeseen hardships, to ensure they can pursue their path to higher education.
