From the establishment of Prescott Architects in 1988, our dedication to providing the highest level of personal service to our clients has taken center stage for every design project.
Over the last 30 years, a wide range of architectural solutions has led us to the realization that every project, whether residential or commercial, has special design requirements that demand and receive our full attention. Our work has been published in publications such as Progressive Architecture, Home Magazine, Southern Living and Metal Architecture and has received local awards for projects and design.
Commercial projects range from churches, restaurants, and office buildings to large multi-family condominium/hotel resorts, with construction costs in excess of $200 million per project. Several of these have become area landmarks, such as Majestic Sun and Aerial Dunes in Okaloosa County and One Seagrove Place in Walton County.
Grace Lutheran Church in Destin and Northwest Florida Ballet in Fort Walton Beach are wonderful examples of purpose-driven designs that have become community focal points.
The history- and functionality-inspired designs of businesses such as AJ’s in Destin, AJ’s in Grayton Beach, and the Back Porch in Destin cater to a lifestyle that locals identify with and continuously attracts visitors.
Custom-designed residences range from 1,200 square-foot Florida Cottage to 10,000-square-foot Gulf-front villa.
