Chip Hilton Celebration of Life Charity Golf Classic

Guests joined the Hilton Family as they honored their beloved son and brother Loyd Charles “Chip” Hilton III, during the Fifth Annual 2015 Chip Hilton Celebration of Life Charity Golf Classic. The golf tournament was preceded by a reception held at the Hilton Residence, a fascinating masterpiece of architecture situated on the Gulf of Mexico.

In memory of Chip Hilton, the proceeds from the tournament benefited the First Tee of Northwest Florida, and its mission of positively impacting the lives of young people by promoting character development and lifeenhancing values through the First Tee’s “Life Skills Learning Experience” teaching the game of golf and building core values such as: Honesty, Integrity, Sportsmanship, Respect, Confidence, Responsibility, Perseverance, Courtesy and Judgment.

The First Tee of Northwest Florida strives in particular to reach young people who otherwise might not have an opportunity to learn and play the game of golf and to learn its inherent values. The organization is committed to growing the game while ensuring that their programs are accessible and affordable to all youth of all backgrounds and physical abilities.
