An Evening in Monte Carlo

The Bay County Alzheimer’s Alliance (BCAA) 10th Annual Fundraiser “An Evening in Monte Carlo” was held on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at the Panama City Beach Senior Center. It was an evening of gaming, entertainment, silent auctions, and dinner.Cheryl Brown, along with her volunteer committee, planned and help make the event the success it continues to be each year. Thousands of dollars are raised each year and go back to helping those in our local community. BCAA was founded in June 2005 and is led by a Board of Directors. BCAA offers caregiver education and donates funds to the respite program and meals on wheels for the Bay County Council on Aging and is a proud partner with the Bay County Sheriff ’s Office Gatekeeper program. BCAA sponsors the GPS tracking bracelet for the Gatekeeper program for those suffering with Alzheimer’s and may be at a risk for wandering off.
