Andy Saczynski Studio Gallery – Grayton Beach, Florida
He typically uses materials such as house paint, found objects, and reclaimed wood to create original artwork that cannot be duplicated. Andy’s contemporary art can also be considered earth-friendly and repurposed. He “gives new life to old stuff, and every piece has a story.’’
Growing up on Florida’s Emerald Coast, Andy had dreamed of being a working artist. He began pursuing his dream in early 2010. He was 32, married to his high school sweetheart, and their first baby was on the way. Two years later, in March 2012, he opened his gallery in Grayton Beach. He admits that this was a giant leap of faith. Frankly, he and his wife were scared, but fear would not dictate their lives. The risk paid off and the dream became a reality. Andy was named the 2013 South Walton Artist of the Year (a coveted and prestigious award) and was also voted Best Local Artist on the Emerald Coast in 2012, 1013 and 2014.
