2016 Creative Con

Artists, digital artists, cartoonists, gamers, and actors showcased their talents and work at this year’s CreativeCon at the Marina Civic Center on September 17th and 18th.

Guests of honor included actress Anna Van Hooft of “Warcraft,” “Supernatural,” and “Flash Gordon,” as well as award winning science fiction, horror and fantasy illustrator Dave Dorman, best known for his “Star Wars” artwork, actress & “Pokemon” voice-over Artist Emily Bauer, actor Justin Kucsulain of “The Walking Dead,” and actor and stuntman Michael Papajohn who played Dennis Carradine in Sam Raimi’s “Spider-Man” trilogy and paramedic Carnahan in “Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines” and “Terminator Salvation.”

The two-day event offered sessions and workshops aimed at those seeking a creative career path with forums focused on sequential art, game and costume design, creative writing, and much more.
