AWARD WINNERS
This is the sixth year of celebrating the winners of our Readers’ Choice Award. We are proudly recognizing our readers' favorites in the categories service providers, places to shop and dine, recreation and entertainment, things to do, and places to be in Bay County on the following pages.
This year we introduced a new voting process that al- lowed everyone to see instant voting results displayed on our website and we are thanking everyone for showing sportsmanship and appreciation of this voting event that aims to bring the community together.
While our yearly event and award photo shoot was stifled by ongoing post-hurricane renovations, we asked
our winners to submit their own photos and looked back through our archives of past events to re-publish award photos from last year.
With so many businesses in Panama City still struggling to overcome the aftermath of Hurricane Michael, the outpouring of love for old and new favorites is a beau- tiful display of our readers’ loyalty and we are happy to see so many familiar names on the list of winners and runner-ups.
