Dr. Collias was born and raised in North Carolina and the Outer Banks were his back- yard. He fell in love with the ocean at a young age. After attending the University of Tampa, he worked for Club Med and Norwegian Cruise Lines as a rescue swimmer, technical dive instructor, and marine mechanic. 25 years ago, he decided to pursue his dreams of becoming a dentist. He graduated from the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, California and has been practicing dentistry for nearly 20 years, operating his practice in Bay County for 10 years. He is board certified and licensed to practice in California, Florida, and the Turks and Caicos Islands.
