Schooners Restaurant spiced up their summer menu with a selection of new entrées such as the Coffee-Seared Ahi (Yellowfin) Tuna Medallions. Be prepared for a firework of flavors as this Asian-inspired dish is accompanied by seaweed salad and wonton crisps and served over a tasty mandarin orange sesame ginger vinaigrette. Wasabi sesame seeds add extra spice.
Chef Justin Bell will cook the tuna to your preference and stands ready with wine or cocktail recommendations.
